What is the difference between 1× and 2×?
The 1× bundle has one Play Ball, one Chill-Roll Treat Dispenser, one Talk-Back Training Button, and one Fur-Lift Glove. The 2× bundle doubles everything: six toys and two gloves. It is useful for a second room, another pet, or a gift.
Is the bundle suitable for dogs and cats?
Both dogs and cats can enjoy different parts of the bundle, depending on their size, confidence, and play style. Introduce each toy slowly, check that it is appropriately sized for your pet, and supervise every session. These are enrichment and training toys, not heavy-chewing toys.
How do I care for the toys?
Inspect each item before play and stop using it if any part is loose or damaged. Keep the electronic ball and button dry, and wipe their surfaces with a lightly damp cloth. Empty and clean the treat dispenser regularly, then let it dry fully before refilling. Follow the instructions supplied with each item.
How do shipping and bundle returns work?
We currently ship within the United States and email tracking when your order is on its way. For a return, contact us within the period stated in our Returns & Refunds policy and include your order number. Please contact us before returning a complete bundle or any individual item so we can confirm the next steps.
