These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the PawPlayLab website and purchases made through our store. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your place of residence. You are responsible for providing accurate account, contact, billing, and shipping information.
2. Product information and pet safety
We work to present product descriptions, images, colors, and availability accurately, but packaging and appearance may vary slightly. PawPlayLab products are pet accessories and are not indestructible. Supervise every play session, inspect products regularly, and stop use if an item becomes loose or damaged. Our content is not a substitute for professional veterinary or training advice.
3. Prices and payments
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes and shipping charges, when applicable, are shown before payment. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment providers; PawPlayLab does not receive or store your complete payment card number.
4. Orders
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable, pricing or inventory information is incorrect, or fraud or misuse is suspected.
5. Promotions
Discounts, bundles, and gifts are subject to the terms displayed with the offer or at checkout. Offers may not be combined unless expressly stated and may change or end without notice. Any qualifying gift is subject to availability.
6. Shipping and fulfillment
Please review our Shipping policy. We may use third-party fulfillment and shipping partners, and products may ship from different locations or in separate packages.
7. Returns and refunds
Please review our Returns & refunds policy. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, transmit malicious code, or use the store for unlawful or fraudulent activity.
9. Intellectual property
The PawPlayLab name, site design, written content, graphics, and other store materials are owned by PawPlayLab or used with permission. They may not be copied, republished, or commercially exploited without written permission.
10. Third-party services
Our store is hosted by Shopify and may link to or rely on other service providers. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for third-party sites outside our control.
11. Availability and liability
The site and services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PawPlayLab is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable where PawPlayLab is established, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence.
